Troubleshooting tips:
1. Make sure you tap "Allow" when the game you've downloaded asks you to allow tracking
2. Make sure you allow ReceiptPal to track your activity in the games you download
For iOS: Go to your Phone Settings > Apps > ReceiptPal > Allow Tracking
For Android: Go to your Phone Settings > Apps > Tap 3 dots icon in top right corner > Special Access > Usage data access > turn on for ReceiptPal
3. If you're using an iOS device, make sure you have personalized ads enabled in your phone settings
Go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Personalized Ads
