ReceiptPal will not work if you are using a VPN on your device.
Some apps may add a VPN to your device. Please check to make sure a VPN is not in use prior to using the ReceiptPal app.
On an Apple Device: tap SETTINGS, then GENERAL, then scroll down to VPN.
For Android Devices: Depending on your device, tap SETTINGS, then check for CONNECTIONS or NETWORK & INTERNET and look for VPN.
If you are connected to a VPN, please disconnect from the VPN before using the ReceiptPal app to ensure you will have access to all of the app's features.
